Just keeps showing that it's loading and says "Setting up iCloud Drive". Been going on for at least half an hour, is that normal I would have thought 2 minutes or less.

Did it ever finish? If not, how did you solve it? Having similar issues...
It will depend on how much data has to be moved to iCloud Drive. 30 minutes is a long time, but not unbelievable.

It's failed. Reboot and try again.
"Setting up iCloud Drive" taking long than 30 minutes, is this normal?
