Yosemite broke WiFi sync on iPhone 4S
After updating my 2009 Mac Pro to Yosemite, my iPhone 4S will no longer connect to the Mac via WiFi. Can't figure out why. Anybody got an answer for this?

I'm not sure if it was introduced in iOS 7 or 8, but to use WiFi sync, your iPhone must not only share the same WiFi network, but must also be plugged in. Can this be your problem?

However, I didn't end up needing this as iTunes WiFi began working on both my phones after updating to OS 8.02.
Thanks for the perfect answer, though!
silhouettemedia,

Allen
