Warranty - validate your product's purchase date

Sorry for opening new thread for this. I bought a macbook air brand new. When i check the warranty on Apple support site, came out this

"Please validate your product's purchase date.

Apple is unable to provide information about your service coverage. Please sign in with your Apple ID and provide your product's date of purchase so that we can display your coverage information."

I click continue and login my account Apple ID after it back to the warranty site. What does this mean? I don't know. I have proof buy this brand new macbook air on a shop in Vietnam. I am tried check it. Please tell me the solutions.

Thank all

MacBook Air, OS X Yosemite (10.10)

I'm having the same issue.

I am trying to check my service and support coverage at selfsolve.apple.com

I add my product serial and click continue

I am then asked to validate my product's purchase date, the only action available on that page is to click continue, which takes me back the the page asking me to enter my product serial.

How am I supposed to confirm my product's purchase date?
