Ever since I updated to OS X 10.10, Safari has been acting up, DuckDuckGo results not loading after I enter the search into the URL bar. Grrr.

Hey there ABRAAR22,
It sounds like there is one website that is not functioning expectedly after updating to Yosemite. I'd start by checking for 3rd party plugins that may be interfering with the way the page is loading.
If that does not make it work, I would next reset Safari:

did all that....Search still not loading results and youtube still doesn't load half of the pictures of previews. Safari 8 is still laggy, not as lagged as before, helped a little i guess. And still can't make calls from my mac and iPhone 5.

Is this limited to accessing DuckDuckGo.com or are you having trouble with other sites as well? What about other search engines? Thanks!
youtube is having slight issues....DuckDuckGo site has no problems....its the safari search function within the url thats not functioning properly
This is 6 months later. Did you fix your DDG/Safari issue?
I just noticed this: Sites accessed through Safari > DDG do not appear in history. Happens on both my Macs. Latest Yosemite/Safari.
Does not happen on Firefox or Chrome. Does not happen with Google search.
