iphoto 9.6 not downloading

iphoto 9.6 not downloading

Updated from Mavericks to Yosemite and iphoto won't open. It says download new iphoto 9.6 so I did 3 times and it keeps downloading 9.5 and it won't open.

Having same issue with imovie

Try deleting iPhoto from your computer and download iPhoto again. I have included two articles that cover this process.

Mac Apps

Click the Launchpad in the Dock.

Click and hold the app you want to delete.

The apps will begin to jiggle.

Click the X that appears.

If you change your mind after deleting a Mac app, you can download the app again if it's still available in the Mac app store.
