iPhone 6 camera lens?

Has anyone received any useful feedback on this question??

My iphone 6 started taking blurred photos with the rear camera (only) about 6 months ago, and I've had the camera chip replaced with an original replacement to no avail. Does anyone know if original spare lenses are available for purchase anywhere? I dont want an unoriginal one, as they dont have the UV filter. I have contacted Apple support, and they couldn't tell me, and I've contacted an Apple reseller (Humac - DK) who didn't know. I've also contacted an Apple recommended repairshop in DK, but they told me that Apple dont supply spare lenses.

PS. eBay has "original" lenses, but If Apple doesn't sell them, I really dont trust that..
