System preferences lost after MAMP delete
Hello,
I am experiencing my first issue on Mac OS. Today I've upgraded OS to Yosemite (OS X 10.10), upgrade went fine, but the only app that didn't work was MAMP free version, when I was clicking to "Start Server" button, I was asked to input my password, but then only MySQL server started. First I tried just to reboot the system, but it didn't help, so I decided to remove MAMP using AppCleaner2, and start Apache via terminal. There I input sudo apachectl start, but my local sites didn't work (error 500). I found some tip on the internet to stop apache server using sudo apachectl -k stop and then to reboot, so I done it so. After reboot my system was all in english (my default was czech), my keyboard shortcuts are gone as well as some other system preferences (ie. speed of mouse cursor) and only native Mac apps are working (Mail, Safari, Terminal, Finder). When I try to launch Chrome, Firefox, or any other app, nothing happens, when I right click to application icon in dock, it says "Application Not Responding".
I tried to kill those not-working apps and reboot again, but system configuration is still lost a apps aren't running. I looked at the content in /Library/Logs/DiagnosticReports/ and there are few files:
- com.apple.AmbientDisplayAgent_2014-10-17-210344_Fronty-MacBook-Pro.crash
- ctkd_2014-10-17-185651_Fronty-MacBook-Pro.crash

Please help, I really don't know what to do and I can't work now!
Thanks a LOT in advance.
