In some article I read on the web some users uploaded screenshots of the dictation languages in OSX Yosemite and it seems they have an hebrew option. Although my dictations languages is now larger since updating to Yosemite, I don't seem to have hebrew. Any thoughts? Thanks.

Yes we do have Hebrew Text-to-Speech. But not dictation (as of yet).
You can select Hebrew text on your screen and let it read in Hebrew.
First go to Apple>system preference>accessibility>dictation & speech>text to speech.
there you have System Voice. Open in and go way down to the Hebrew and download Carmit. Select it.
Thats it. Every time you are infant of a Hebrew webpage for example, select the Hebrew text, right click on your mouse and click on speech>start speech
I can't find dictation & speech in the accessibility section. I have "dictation" but there I don't have "text to speech".

Try going to the Dictation and Speech preferences instead of Accessiblity. If not what you need, post a screenshot here of what you are seeing using the camera icon.
Why isn't Hebrew in the list? after i had updated my iPhone software i saw there's hebrew in dictation but after i updated the software of my mac hebrew wasn't there?? apple add this language to the iOS but not to OS X?
edited: i didn't see it's not from now but if someone has an answer please answer me
