Oct 18, 2014 12:07 AM in response to dangquangmobileby Roger Wilmut1,You can access http://appleid.apple.com to reset the password provided that you know the current password and have the 'trusted device' to which Apple can send an entry key. Then you can request a new recovery key which you should keep very safe.
If you don't have both the trusted device and the password then you are locked out and no-one can help you.
