Q: plz help me , i forgot answer and my alternate email also loss. i want to change my alternate email. plz help me, i know only my primary email and password.

We are fellow users here on these forums, you're not talking to iTunes Support nor Apple - I've asked the hosts to remove your email addresses from your post (it's not a good idea to post personal info on any public forum).

If you only have one security question on your account then you should be able to reset it yourself : http://support.apple.com/kb/HT6170

If you have more than security question and you can't remember your rescue email address (an alternate email address is not used for resetting security questions) then you will have to contact Support in your country to get the questions reset.
