Activity monitor shows network activity even with ethernet and wifi disconnected

Activity monitor shows network activity even with ethernet and wifi disconnected.
Since yesterday, a constant 528bytes of download and upload, but sometimes I see Sophoswebintelligence receiving data... 1,60GB since yesterday!!! forced it to terminate but the problem continue.
Little snitch doesn't detect any connection or traffic.
Can anyone help me figure this out?!

Thanks.

This is what I'm seeing from the Network tab, in Activity Monitor, with Airport off/no Internet connection.

The graph is still showing activity, packets keep bouncing between 8 and 9 and data steady at between 528 and 527. Is this what you're seeing? I have no explanation for the graph showing movement, and the slight changes of data and packets, but this would appear to be normal. I also have iStat Menus installed, which, with Airport off, is not showing any Network activity.

Someone who knows more than I will perhaps be able to explain the continued Network activity showing in Activity Monitor.
