not able to activate my iphone 3gs showing error sim not inserted

after i have restored my iPhone , its not activating. error is shown on iTunes that sim not inserted . i have already inserted a sim and its activated and properly working.

iPhone 3GS, iOS 6.1.6, IMEI :-012158002972422
