Q: OS X Yosemite download failure, unable to delete corrupt version

I have tried to upgrade my OS to Yosemite but got a 'corrupted download' failure message.  The message instructs me to delete the download but I cannot find a way of deleting it, despite it showing 'downloaded' on the purchases page. Can anyone help me to delete the download so that I can try again? 

MacBook Pro, OS X Mavericks (10.9.5)
