It looks like you using iOS 8.0.2 on your iPhone.
First please update to iOS 8.1
To get your iPhone to forget your Mac, see
iOS: Troubleshooting Bluetooth connections
where it says you can have the iPhone forget previously used Bluetooth devices.
- Reset network settings by tapping Settings > General > Reset > Reset Network Settings.
- This will reset all network settings including: previously connected Wi-Fi networks and passwords, recently used Bluetooth accessories, VPN and APN settings.

Oct 21, 2014 7:51 AM in response to Nubz N.by ryclarke,Hi, I have the same exact issue with my iPhone 6 ad Macbook Air. I also have a brief connection before it's dissconnected. Im currently running OSX 10.10 on the Macbook, and iOS 8.1 on the iPhone. Ive resetted the network settings to no avail.
