Q: how to transfer full phone data of htc 816 to iphone6

I am having HTC 816 and recently I purchased iPhone6, now I want to transfer full data of HTC to iPhone including messages, pics, songs etc pls help me on this as I found paid software's also on net so pls suggest me a free app or software for this
