Ipod stops while listoning music and keeps asking to restore

Hello, I have a big problem with my Ipod nano. While I am listening to music, my ipod stops and ask me to restore it. I've done it multiple times but it keeps asking me to restore it again and again, I don't know what to do! Can someone help me?
