Unable to download already paid albums from iPod Touch 1st generation

Hi,

I have several albums bought in iTunes by using other iOS devices, but when I want to download that music from my iPod Touch 1st generation (iOS version 3.1.3) by using the iPod's iTunes app, they do not appear as already bought and I need to pay those albums again if I want to download them.

Anyone knows why this could be? I've checked the login account and I'm using the same for all my iOS devices.

Any help would be very appreciated.

Are they available for redownload load on a compatible device (iOS 4.3 or later) or iTunes (i do not remember what version it starts) on computer.

Do they show in your Purchase History in your iTunes account?

Yes, they are available in all my iOS devices as well as in my MacBook. They all appear in my Purchase History too. Pretty strange...

Were you able to do it before on your 1G iPod? I thought it required iOS 4.3 or later.

This is the first time I try to download music that I already bought to my iPod...

You can't on a 1G or 2G iPod:

The article I provided a link to in my previous repl said :

Download previous purchases on your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch

Make sure your iOS device meets these system requirements:

iOS 4.3.3 or later
