Iphone 6 plus not backing up

Does anyone know of issues with iPhone 6 plus and not backing up on either iCloud or computer? I receive error message states "iTunes could not backup the iPhone "name" because an error occured. I am using latest IO update(8.0.2) and updated to Yosemite software and latest version of iTunes.
