Undo a copy (command c)

Hi,

I just wrote a long google e-mail before realising the message is better suited for a word-pdf. I copied (cmd c) the text and deleted the email but before i pasted (cmd v) the text into word I accidentally copied (cmd c) a phone number from contacts. Is there anyway of undoing a copy or otherwise accessing previous copies?
