Apple TV "NHL is unavailable. Try again later" Refund

Let's try this again. Last attempt disappeared.

I have had trouble with the NHL for years. However, I caved in again this year and paid almost $180 again to view a few out of market regular season games that are not blacked out because they are on pay TV. I made the purchase at the open of the season and it is now a few weeks in and the app on Apple TV is not working. Every time I open it it says "NHL is unavailable. Try gain Later."

I have done everything:

1. Signed out and back in again

2. Restarted

3. I even reset!

When I go to iTunes store it says "report a problem" but gives no choice for which purchase.

When I try to call support it wants to charge me $19.99. To think all my life savings is tied up in this company and it's quality is in question since Steve Jobs died. What a noble guy during antennae gate to hold an event and say if you don't like the phone return it for a refund, no questions asked.

All I want is a refund. How do I click on the NHL purchase and report a problem for it and get refunded. Or did I just give a $180 gift to the NHL and Apple because they deserve it.

How do I fix the problem or get a refund??

Thanks

I Had the same unavailable problem. I went to reset, and chose the restore software option, which downloaded the latest appletv software. Once the restore completed, I logged in to iCloud and logged in to iTunes. I then started the nhl app, went to settings, and signed in with my nhl gamecenter id. I did NOT "restore" My subscription from iTunes. The app has now worked I've gone in and out of it several times.

I Am keeping my fingers crossed

YMMV
