Macbook Air bluetooth keeps dropping after Yosemite upgrade

Hi

I have just upgraded to OS X Yosemite, and everything seems to be working fine, except for the bluetooth.

I usually use bluetooth to play songs on my music player, but now it does not connect at all, and when it does, the songs are not playing consistently (there are many breaks in the songs where no sound is received by the music player).

I have a Macbook Air 2012, and it is definitely not the problem with the music player because I tried it with my phone and it works just like it should.

Any ideas? Thanks!

MacBook Air, OS X Mountain Lion (10.8.3)

I actually solved it some time later by resetting the PRAM and SMC 🙂
