Q: I am out of town and had to replace my phone at the apple store because I shattered the glass. I am tring to restore my content through iCloud and it says it cannot.  I have wifi and I last backed up this morning.

I am tryong to restore with iCloud back up and it is saying I cannnot restore.  I am out of town and had to get new phone.  Do I need to be hooked up to my computer at home?
