Q: ipad 2 restore and recover problem

Just 2 days ago, my IPAD2 run out of battery and I charged my IPAD2 accordingly. But after 30mins of charging, the screen appear to asking me to connect to iTunes. I continue to plug the cable into Windows PC and as usual click the RESTORE button. But after downloading the latest update, during the restoring process, APPLE logo appear and the status bar appear and suddenly disappear within 2 secs and prompt me to "connect to iTunes" again. I saw the iTunes error message 4013. I try different PC and different cables but efforts were not successfully. It seems like my IPAD2 is dead forever. Can I know if the latest iTunes and latest ios.8 giving problem. I search the apple discussion forum for answer and apply all methods but all failed.

Possible to provide any good solution to my problem IPAD2?

If you've tried a different computer and different cable and still get the 4013 error then, from iOS: Restore errors 4005, 4013, and 4014 :

If you continue to see error 4005, 4013, or 4014 when you restore your device, contact Apple for support.
