iCloud drive not working: not syncing, not deleting and not adding files properly

Hi All,i

I'm experiencing some problems with iCloud drive. To put it straight, it is simply not working

I have an iPad mini and iPhone 5s, all on most recent iOS8 and a macbook pro on yosemite.
I tried to add my "documents" folder to de iCloud drive folder. On yosemite, I see the entire folder. On iCloud.com, I only see part of it. So, I tried several times deleting the folder from iCloud drive and add it again. Every time it only copies part of the content in the folder to iCloud drive. It's not because its all still uploading, as 1 day later, still only part of the folder in on iCloud drive. Now, there are even 3 "documents" folders on iCloud.com, but none visible on yosemite.

I tried removing these folders on iCloud.com. When I log out and in again, these deleted folders are still there.

Something is clearly not woring with iCloud drive..

Anyone having similar issues?
