I forgot my security questions answers and went to my APPLE ID page and could not find the (reset link) below. What do I do now?

Go to the Apple ID Security site from http://support.apple.com/kb/HT5699 and they can help you reset the questions/answers.

Can you explain why it is not useful, such as your country is not listed? There are countries for which Apple does not have customer support. If that is the case, it is necessary, in most cases, to call another country that Apple suggests for security support.
