Since installing yosemeti I can't open up iTunes

I installed Yosemeti last week on my 2012 vintage MacBook Pro, and since installing I can't open up iTunes either from the dashboard or from the Finder menu.

Apple TV, iOS 6.1.2

Hey there Hother,


It sounds like you updated to Mac OS X 10.10 and now iTunes will not open. I have a few recommendations for you here, and would start with checking for 3rd party plugins that may be incompatible with Yosemite.

If that is not the issue, I would next see about troubleshooting security software that may be interfering with it:
