Is there a way to add a radio stream to playlist?

In previous versions of iTunes I was able to add favorite radio streams to a playlist specified for them. I cannot seem to do that any longer for iTunes 12.01. I have a playlist and have the view that has the side bar listing the playlists, and then the current radio stream in the main screen. Right clicking, drag and drop, command and click/drag. Nothing seems to work.

How can I keep a playlist of my favorite radio streams in iTunes 12.01?

MacBook Pro, OS X Mavericks (10.9.4), 2.53 GHz Intel Core 2 Duo, 8 GB RAM

I found a workaround, though not the best in my opinion.

1. In iTunes, go to Internet Radio

2. Highlight the station you want to play (single click)

3. File -> New -> Playlist From Selection

4. Go back to your playlists - there will a new one. If you want you can drag the new station from there into an existing playlist.

Cheers!
