Q: Touch screen does not respond sometimes and screen freezes, only after iOS 8.0.2 update

Ever since I did my update to  iOS 8.0.2, my touch screen does not respond sometimes and also it freezes, even when I try hitting the home button, still nothing.

iPad 2 Wi-Fi, iOS 8.0.2
