My song preorder won't download

I preorder the new One Direction album Four and a single was recently released but it won't download. It says I have purchased it already but it is not coming up in my library anywhere whether it be on my laptop or iPod. I also did not get an email saying it was ready for download but it is claiming I already did. I don't know how to get it but I would like to find out ASAP please.
