Q: How can I give feedback about delivery services?
I hate to place orders from the Apple Store on my iPhone.
1. It gives an estimated period (about a week) for standard delivery, instead of giving a specific day and specific time on that day;
2. There is no way you can communicate with the courier to coordinate the best delivery date and time, or reschedule;
3. The courier (TNT Australia in my case) delivers once only. If nobody at home, they just leave a note, telling me to pick up at their depot 20 km away where I need to pass through a few toll tunnels and waste over 4 hours of my time.
4. When I want to leave a feedback to Apple, I found that Apple website (apple.com/feedback) only confines to product feedback. THERE IS NO WAY TO GIVE SERVICE FEEDBACK. Does Apple care about how their customers feel?
Perhaps I was wrong and doing inadequate search about how to get the delivery of the iPhone 6 Plus right to my door at my convenience, and perhaps I was wrong and doing inadequate search to find a way to give my feed back to Apple about their logistics nuisance.
While the iPhone 6 Plus is not difficult to reserve and pick up at Apple Store, perhaps the best way is to forget the package in the TNT depot and let it return to the sender, and I order another one and pick up tomorrow at an Apple Store.
Any one has any suggestion?
