OSX CardDav client has no support for multiple collections ( addressbooks )

* have a list with checkbox to toggle the collection-items within the accounts/accountname/server-settings tab of contacts.app

in a carddav structure you have principles (users) and each principle can have multiple collections ( fg. addressbooks ). A common scenario in carddav is to have multiple collections per purpose. * Install Owncloud on any (virtual)webserver / alternatively run any other CardDav server environment

* Create 2 addressbooks for your user (private,corporate) on the server

* Try to connect to these two addressbooks through one account with OSX CardDav client

Just bought a MacBook 12" and am very frustrated that the contact app of MacOS still does not sync multiple address books. The iPhone can do it, but MacOS cannot - really stupid.
