Excel Macro not working on new iMac after Migration

I have a MS Excel VBA macro which has worked many years, and past 5 years on iMac (2009). I recently used Migration Assistant to transfer apps & files to my new iMac (2013). My excel file can be read on new computer, but the macro gives error "Error in loading DLL". Error Report shows Visual Basic App is the culprit. Also, cannot save the file with new entries.

If I use Target Disk Mode on the older iMac, the file macro can actually be run OK on the new iMac. But un-mounting the older iMac then re-creates the problem. Obviously, something is missing in the new iMac after migration. BTW, had to put in MS license key on new iMac to get a first run.

Both Macs are using Mavericks 10.9.5, and MS Office 2011 (v 14..4.4).

Anybody have any suggestions?
