FaceTime cannot be connected after upgrade to FaceTime Issues Since Upgrade to Yosemite

Dear All,


After I upgrade my Macbook Air to Yosemite, the FaceTime cannot be connected even I can call and reach my friend's account. However, when we change to iPad Mini, both of use can connect in normal. My friend's Macbook Air is just upgraded to Yosemite. I really quite disappointed that the OS is still have big bugs in FaceTime. Sincerely hope that Apple can help to solve it.

Dear Sir,


Thank you for your advise and supporting information. However, all your

advise have been checked, the FaceTime is still out of order. In fact, the

FaceTime is in normal before upgrading to Yosemite. The FaceTime is out of

order right after upgrading of OS. I sincerely hope that your developing

team make a deeply investigation and check with your FaceTime server.
