Thanks for ruining my hard work (Not exactly a question)

Had spent hours working on an HTML document. After I had closed it in my favorite editor (Edge Code CC) I reopened it in TextEdit so that I could edit a small portion real quickly. It then completely overwrote my entire document so that it could be displayed as text instead of code (***). Thank you for making me have to restart my entire project that I have been working on for over a week, that is due tomorrow. *Flips off Apple dev that thought that that was a good idea*
