Windows error loading after Yosemite upgrade

I can no longer boot my windows 7 partition after Yosemite upgrade. Please help

Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thank you

There is a problem here. Your Testdisk screen shot shows a triplet of 86923264/625141752/538218489 (start/end/size), but if you look at GPT#4 it shows a size of 451295226 which should actually be 625141752. The size and end values are swapped in the GPT you created. Delete the current GPT4 and use end value of 625141752, not 538218489. This is also confirmed by the entry that follows GPT#4 which starts at 538218490, which is the next byte where GPT4 currently ends. There is a backup NTFS bootsector at the end of the partition, that Startup Recovery should also update but it is currently beyond the partition which would explain the error you get with /fixMBR.

Fix the GPT, reboot, redo startup repair and test.

Just when I thought we were making progress it still fails. I get windows screen to start now but then an autochk program not found error comes up and then dumps to boot manager. It asks to start windows normally or go to repair (recommended) which I select and it states fix startup issue but when I restart it fails everytime. windows splash screen appears then dumps back to boot manager cycle

What specific program (autochk?) can it not find? If the Windows screen comes, and it cycles to boot manager, it is progress but not as fast as I would like. Is your missing hardware error message gone?

Don't know whats its looking for but now that only worked once. when I restart again and with option key my bootcamp disk isn't there anymore. I attempt to restart with windows repair disk and its tells me not able to load with this version of windows.

I go into finder and can see the bootcamp drive and preferences lets me select it but with option key at bootup its missing

Can this be fixed?

Did you recreate the Hybrid MBR after GPT#4 was corrected? You can verify if they match by checking the output of sudo fdisk /dev/disk0.

Arrghh! I rebuilt GPT again to make sure and here is what the output is. Ran windows repair and it successfully fixed startup. I went to command prompt and bootrec /rebuildBCD and it finally found 1 windows install. I added it to the boot as requested and it rebuilt. but after restart Windows keeps starting now but the same autocheck prompt after windows splash screen. Do I have any hope? I feel were so close.

Ok Thanks. Do you have any more suggestions from here. Its looks more to be a windows issue although it was working fine prior to Yosemite upgrade.

I appreciate all your help with this. It has been a mess but I have at least gotten to access the partition with my files.

Does startup repair still give you the Stop Error? If you are able to see an OS via /scanOS, do the steps to fix the BCD work?

I can run startup repair and it keeps saying startup repair cannot repair this computer. When I drop to command prompt and run bootrec /scanos it finds no OS installations. I went deeper and backed up the BCD data as described in windows article you sent. I ran /RebuildBCD and it found the OS and rebuilt the BCD. Restart and back to the same Autochk can be found skipping Autocheck. In my research of that issue it says to rebuild BCD. It seems to be stuck in this loop and Im not sure where to go from here. I feel so close but now what.
