Q: Still no 2G, 3G toggle in cellular data after 8.1 update

Yes, I also have the same problem. my iphone 6 is ios8.1 and only open 4G why? My location is Saudi Arabia and my operator name is Mobily. Please fix the problem ...

Same problem here, toggle does not appear in cellular settings. Think it has something to do with the service provider. I am currently using Du in Duba.

Who are you referring to here? This is a user to user support forum. We are all users like you. I cannot "fix it". More than likely, your carrier needs to send out a carrier update. Other threads that I have read say that once they update to iOS8.1, their carrier has sent out an update and the function returns. See this support document to check and see if your carrier file needs to be updated. iOS: Updating your carrier settings  If you do not see one, then contact your carrier and tell them to "fix it".
