Q: after upgrading to the most recent version of iTunes, for the second time now, I have completely lost all of my playlists and some of my music

I have upgraded to the current version of iTunes 12.0.1.26

I am using Windows 7 Premium

I have lost all of my previous playlists and some of my music

This is the second time this has happened when advised of an updated version.

How can I get all my music and playlists back without having to redo them again?
