Loss of cellular service on iPhone 6 Plus 8.1

I upgraded to 8.1 yesterday, but it could not resolve this problem. I tried to downgrade to 8.0, but it does not work, as well. I can not use my phone for a week. What can I do??? NO SERVICE...
