Q: APP HIDE NOT WORKING IN IOS 8.1

I am not able to hide my app by clicking it on and dragging it to a new folder then drag it down to the doc thus u can hide the app, it was functional in IOS 8 but the same is not working with IOS 8.1.Please help.
