The list of associated providers clearly lists Chase Visa cards but it says my card is not accepted. It's a Chase Visa Signature with Amazon rewards. This isn't because of the Amazon association is it?

I contacted Chase and they said they would be supporting their Amazon card in the future. That appears to be their only non-business Visa card that isn't supported by Apple Pay at this time.
I tried mine today and it worked. Not sure if my card is the same as yours, doesn't mention "Chase Visa Signature" but it is a Chase card and has Amazon.com rewards on the front.
It now should work as Amazon decided to allow Apple Pay with their Card.
