the camera on my iphone 6 is out of line. The front facing camera. You can see all the white around one side looks like the camera has moved out of line to the left. Will apple replace it?

Got back from the store today. They replaced my phone with no hassle at all. Hopefully this one won't have the same problem

Did they replace the whole phone or just the front screen? I just came from the apple store w/ the same problem and was told they can replace the front screen.

They did not have any screens for the iPhone 6 yet when I was in, so they replace the entire phone. I'm guessing when I go back they will just change the screen

Did they replace the whole phone or just the front screen. I was told at the apple store that they can replace only the front screen.  I didn't feel comfortable on having them opening my  phone so I didn't go through with it

Yeah I saw your response jsnone1. Thanks. I was asking cordova coz he went to apple store this month when iPhone 6 screens are already available, so I was wondering if apple will still replace the whole phone or just the screen.

Have you dropped your iPhone at all? I've dropped mine a couple of times, and I'm wondering if that's what caused the displacement.

I have an iPhone 6 Space Grey, I have never dropped my phone, I believe it came out of the box like that. Mine is only a hairline crescent I have seen that some iphones have gotten worse over time. When I took mine to the genius he said there is "lots of glue and screws" and that "its impossible for the camera to move" and that he wasn't going to replace it.

Mine has the same issue. Small hairline crescent and what he said a out it being "impossible" to move well he's apparently wrong because it has lol. I'm waiting st the Apple Store now and I hope they resolve this. And I've been an iPhone user since day one and never saw this happening overtime. I hope it doesn't affect me.

im a bit concerned that they might give me a refurbished one rather than a new one .

I would not let that be a consideration. There are probably zero refurbished iPhone 6's available. Even if it is refurbished they come with a new case, battery and screen. All that is "refurbished" is the logic board and other electronic pieces. And refurbished models go through more quality checking than a new device. Getting a refurbished model is nothing to be concerned about.

Just got back from the Apple Store and they've actually just replaced my screen and happy. No more hairline crescent.

i have never dropped my phone. the white cresent was there since i got my iPhone 6 but it got worse over time. I was told at the genius bar that the front screen is misaligned and they are willing to replace just the front screen which I am hesitant! I want them to replace the whole phone! Going back to apple store today!

Today I went to an apple store 4 times! Went there at 9:30am with no appointment, was told the next available appointment was 12:40pm. I am to blame, so I went to the gym came back 12:30 waited for 20 mins then the apple genius got my phone and told me they need to change the front screen of my phone and its gonna take 45 mins! So i went around the mall for 45 mins then came back and got my iPhone with a new front screen, tested the camera while at the store, seems to be working fine. Went home and to my surprise the touch ID is not working reset my phone tried to enroll my fingerprints again got an error message. Went back to the apple store @ 3;30, next available appt is 5:40!!!! So I went home AGAIN! came back at 5:30, apple "genius" tried to fixed my phone and finally gave up and exchange my phone with another one which was not brand new! I was too spent/exhausted to complain! atlesat now the front camera is aligned, the rear camera does not rattle when shaken and the touch id works! what a day!
