Aug 29, 2016 9:16 PM in response to Tomstevie22by Simomaletta,...nothing to do, had 5 iPhones all with the same problem which is not an issue but I found extremely annoying. Sold iPhone 6 and got 6s one year ago, no problems since.

Sep 13, 2016 2:29 AM in response to Tomstevie22by GREBOVALE ,I av just bought 6S plus phone instead of the 7S plus one, went to sell my iPhone 6 and the shop aassistant said that my camera is out of line, she said it is a common fault and wouldnt buy it of me and neither would any other shop.
she said they always look at the front camera first,
the phone is exactly 2 years old so no garantee to fall back on,Apple must have known about this fault but did nothing about it.
AM not happy about this but nothing I can do about it

Sep 13, 2016 3:06 AM in response to GREBOVALEby RichA1979,I Would still try contact Appl, They claim it's not a problem but it clearly is if your in the uk check consu law it allows up to 6 years for manufacturing faults and it states it on Apples web sit. I'm still arguing with them about the same issue and have been for over two months. They will fix mine but won't replace it with a different model to stop it happening again, between me and my partner we've had 10 iPhone 6 handsets with the same issue in 10 months its ridiculous.

Sep 13, 2016 11:34 AM in response to RichA1979by GREBOVALE ,Been in touch with them, they said it is a fault with the 6PLUS phone not the 6 phone, any way they are paying for mailing to and mailing back and they will give a cost before repair.might just say send back if it's more than £20 ☺️
They can waste their time and not mine,
makes me mad when folk on here say the problem is with the 6 not the 6PLUS yet Apple will not believe us and there was no recall because it is not a life threating problem

Sep 14, 2016 12:56 AM in response to GREBOVALEby RichA1979,I would push them on repairing it for nothing, Just mention the consumer law stuff on the warranty page on there web site its in the small print at the bottom, As for the repair all they can do is replace the screen which is over £120 or replace thew phone. The problem is with the 6 even the staff in the apple store admit its a big problem but when it happens to them they get a free upgrade to a 6s which is what i've been trying to get.

Sep 14, 2016 1:45 AM in response to Tomstevie22by Simomaletta,I had mine fixed or swapped 5 times, after just a few days the problem comes back. My advice is, fix it for free and don't use it until you sell it.

Sep 14, 2016 3:27 AM in response to GREBOVALEby RichA1979,You've got no chance of them replacing it with a 6S, me and my missis have had 5 phones each and they wont change them for a 6S i've be arguing with Apple for 2 months to try and get them to change both phones for 6S's but they wont do it even tho the manager at the Apple store I go to said they should upgrade us to 6S's. its so frustrating its not a big problem according to Apple! But it clearly is. the advise from one Apple care worker was if you dont like it sell it and buy another phone!
