Q: I cannot receive email from one specific client. I am using Apple Mail with a charter.net account, and they are using a gmail account.

I cannot receive email from one specific client. I am using Apple Mail with a charter.net account, and they are using a gmail account. They claim they do not receive any bounce back messages, it is not in my junk mail folder, and they have confirmed the correct spelling of my email address before sending. I have been able to receive emails at a different email address (@ec.rr.com). Could this be a blacklisting issue with their email account?
