Continuity Works Except iPhone Calls On Mac

So, everything works (handoff, sms, mms, so on) but one thing that has not worked is iPhone calls. Now while I was using the beta, it worked briefly until beta 4 or 5 for some reason for Yosemite then it stopped. Now I am mostly connected to my school's network and everything else seems to work flawlessly. And when iPhone calls did work briefly, i was on my schools network. Anyone have any ideas?

iPhone calls in face time are enabled and the account is activated in the preferences. Handoff is on, bluetooth is on, and both my Mac and iPhone 6 Plus are connected and both fully up to date including my phone on iOS 8.1.
