I Have upgraded my ipad2 to iOS 8.1 and I can not even find any bluetooth devices other than my windows7 dell laptop. I have reset all network settings and restarted the iPad. Suggestions?

Many bluetooth devices are only discovered if they are placed in pairing / discovery mode
These specific devices are a Polar H7 heart rate monitor and a Skosche Rhythm+ HRM. The devices pair with my Mini and iphone 5s. I assume the pairing process the same for all ios devices.

Ipad 3th iOS 8.1 devices not found. Apple products not communicating together. I'm from apple totally frustrated. This is not only my problem. In my area find other 5 people who have the same problem. APPLE PLEASE fast fixed many problems.
