I contacted Apple for help on an iPhone and was told they couldn't help me because my Mac had not been "cleaned". Do I need to contact Apple to have my Mac cleaned every 3 months like the rep. told me? I have never heard of this. They were supposed to call my husband back the next day to take care of the "problem" however, it's been a week now and no one has called. Now my computer is running slow, whereas I wasn't having problems with it before I allowed the rep. start a session through iYogi.
