    Hi,

maybe i've found the solution. I fix this problem cleaning the iphone with the software call PHONE CLEAN. You have just to make a fast clean ( in phone clean there is a button for this function ), deactivate and re-activate iphoto cloud library and it works!

    p.s. use the trial

Maybe?, maybe?!? Not maybe,  you have found the solution!!!! I had the same "stuck upload" problem on my iPhone and my last picture in Photo Library on iCloud.com was taken the 31 Dic 2014, yesterday I've tried the solution you suggested and...BAAM!! Now I've got all of my pics on iCloud.com even those taken this morning, your solution works perfectly. BTW I followed your suggestion: just do a "fast clean", otherwise I guess there will be problems. Thanx, thanx and thanx !! Thumbs up for you Petrihno17!!

Always encouraging to see such 'results' by others... sadly, I'm just cursed by Apple despite my shameless Fanboi-ness for their products and eco-system.

Phone Clean (bought it) didn't fix my iCloud Photo problems - it's good for the pack-rat clean-up and overall performance improvement/space saving...

My iCloud on the Web continues to not start up at all...

And I keep paying for 200GB iCloud data.

What exactly is your issue? I'm having an issue now between syncing across iCloud, Mac and IOS devices with iCloud. Let me know to see if we can share experiences.

Glad to share (will try not to vent! )

    Background:

    1. I had an iPhone 5s, I activated iCloud Photo with the iOS8 release.

    2. The roughy 1,600 photos on my phone were all reported as uploaded to iCloud Photo.

    3. I changed to an iPhone 6 Plus.

    Problem as it stands:

    iPhone

    1. Those 1,600 photos never downloaded to my iPhone 6 Plus - this *is* how it's supposed to work right? iPhone optimised to keep the size smaller etc, but I should have access to *all* my photos in iCloud Photo?

    2. All new photos taken on my iPhone 6 Plus does not upload to iCloud Photo.

    iCloud (Mac)

    1. On starting iCloud Photo on the Web I am stuck at the following screen:

    Screen Shot 2015-02-26 at 12.15.42 PM.png

Meaning, I have *never* actually seen iCloud Photo working on my Mac.

    OK, that's pretty much it.

Thanks for your interest, and hopefully my problems will eventually be solved...

As i understand this, your iCloud Photos (Beta) worked on your Iphone 5S, but has failed to work on your Iphone 6, correct?

    1. After you turned on iCloud on your 5S, did you go to www.cloud.com and verify your pictures were there?

    2. Have you turned on iCloud Photos (Beta) on your iPhone 6 Plus?

    3. Have you upgraded to OS X 10.10.3?

    1. I never saw them on iCloud - just could not get through (I'm preparing myself for the fact that I may have lost everything).

    2. Yes, iCloud Photos (Beta) is turned on on my iPhone 6 Plus - on-off-on-off-on-off-on-off.... trying to shock it into action as some have suggested... nada.

    3. 10.3.3 is already out and available? Software Update tells me '...computer says Noooooo'.

    Cheers.

Your pictures are all in iPhotos, you should not have lost anything. Verify that all your pictures are there. Do you still have the 5S? Did you download the camera roll and store in a secure location? Did you turn on the iCloud photos inside system preferences too?

Did you buy additional space on iCloud for your library? Did you watch your photos sync to iCloud photo? Did you see all 2500 go up to the cloud?

Have you signed into www.cloud.com and checked the photos app?

Yes bought space. And can't access. Hence - upset.

THats the the way I believe it's still there because on the iPhone reports the photos and videos stored. 8GB worth.

Did you ever see your pictures uploading (from within OS X)?

Have you tried signing out of iCloud on both the Mac and Iphone (and iPad if you have one), restart all, and then sign back in?
