Q: Apple Pay Setup Error

After downloading 8.1 I have tried to enable Apple Pay but continually receive the error: "Could Not Set Up Apple Pay. An error occurred while setting up Apple Pay. Any thoughts as to the cause and correction? Thanks

I Noticed a few other people having that problem and some found a solution, I tried them and one finally did work for me. check and see if your region is set to UNITED STATES, that's what worked for me. The best to you.
