Does an iphone 6 bought from Saudi Arabia work in the UK?

If it was purchased unlocked, and from an authorized Apple distributor. If it was bought from some random phone shop then there is no way of knowing.

Note also that a phone purchased there will not have FaceTime nor will it have warranty coverage for any repairs in the UK.
