Why Is the rate my professor app not in the itunes app store?

I am not sure if it is just my phone, but a few of my peers with an IPhones have the rate my professor app. When I go to the app store and search "Rate my professor" the app doesn't show up. If anyone can assist me on what I should do it would be greatly appreciated.

It isn't just your phone. I found a link that should have directed me to the download but it gave the message that the app is not currently available. That can happen if an app has been withdrawn for a pending update or for any other reason. Also if you do an internet search for the app, it return the following website http://www.ratemyprofessors.com/iphone/ but using that link results in a page not found. Following is a link to their contact site where you may be able to get more info http://www.ratemyprofessors.com/ContactUs.jsp
